1. DBI gives the provision for customers to register with online forms available on its website. When a customer submits the online form, he/she will get the Registration number (URN DBI) with a welcome note on his/her e-mail id.
2. The Customer can call any of DBI’s centres and utilize the customer care service to register their name and fix an appointment.
3. At all of our centres, direct registration facility is also available.

The customer is requested to quote the URN DBI number as reference number for consultation, appointment, and enquiry or for package registration at any of our centres.

DBI accepts payments in the form of cash, cheque, credit cards, debit cards and online money transfer to DBI’s account. After the initial registration and upon the receipt of URN DBI number, the customer can make payments at any of the centres and avail the package or treatment. Since DBI follows uniform rates at all its centres, our customers can request for a bill from the customer care executives at the front desk after a procedure, in order to minimize the risk of any discrepancy.
